1 Introduction

Welcome to citinow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply when you use the citinow platform, including all games, sports betting features, payment services, and customer support. citinow is operated under a valid gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure environment for all members.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one citinow account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it.

• citinow will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If someone claiming to be from citinow asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to us.

citinow may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

citinow processes all transactions in Banglad eshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — citinow does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your citinow account instantly in most cases.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• citinow does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account that matches the name on your citinow account.
• citinow reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction fails partway through, contact citinow support with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make the same deposit again until the issue has been resolved, as this may result in a duplicate charge.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on citinow are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game and accept the outcome as final once the bet has been settled.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been confirmed, except where citinow's specific game rules explicitly allow it.
• citinow reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or a system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a bet, citinow's decision is final after review by the relevant team.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the citinow platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using citinow for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing citinow staff or other members.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.
